- Stir the sealer well and apply using brush or roller
- Ensure the surface to be treated is free from dirt, oil, and water
- Ensure the first coat of AWM45 is sufficient so that all concrete is well covered
- Surface Drying Time: 20–30 minutes
- Complete Drying Time: 3 hours
- Recoat Drying Time: 3 hours
- For Wall / Floor Primer (1 coat): 10–12 m²/kg
- For Wall / Floor Primer (2 coats): 5–6 m²/kg
- For Waterproofing (2 coats): 2.5–3 m²/kg
